ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Additional duties may be assigned.

• Operate a 248 Link Belt Crawler Crane on land and trestle while loading, unloading, and driving a 24” round pile with both a vibratory hammer and a Diesel impact hammer with offshore leads.
• Operate a 248 Link Belt Crawler Crane from a trestle to construct a coffer cell using sheet pile and a vibratory hammer.
• Operate a 248 Link Belt Crawler Crane from a trestle to Lift and place 54” concrete pipe from a truck into the coffer cell
• Operate a 248 Link Belt Crawler Crane from a trestle to lift Rock Boxes from a truck and place them into the coffer cell.
• Operate a 248 Link Belt Crawler Crane from both a trestle and land to make various lifts as needed
• Participates in writing JSAs prior to performing work activity and executes work accordingly
• Ensures compliance with Manson’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Business Conduct.
• Responsible for practicing safe work standards and promoting an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) work environment as a condition of employment

QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years experience with lattice boom crawler cranes.
• Must have the ability to give, receive, understand, and respond, to verbal and written communications and instructions, including the ability to read machinery documents of compliance,
• Must be able to communicate, take direction well, and work cooperatively with other colleagues.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION
Nationally Accredited Crane Certification with Lattice Boom (LBC) is required. Valid picture identification is required. .

The employee must be able to meet the physical requirements of this position, including:

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and on marine vessels in water
• Able to safely execute duties in and around heavy equipment/large machinery in marine dredging and marine construction job sites
• Able to wear the personal protective equipment (PPE) required of various construction work environments (hard hats, personal floatation devices, safety glasses, respirators, etc.)
