Job Title: Creative Marketing Manager

Creative Manager* is responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion. Oversees the creative content and layout creation of copy, video, photo, digital and print projects.

This person will work with a variety of different teams, including design, copywriting, web development, etc., to create compelling content that resonates with their target audience. Creative marketing managers may also be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department or team.
Job Duties:
The Creative Marketing Manager has a wide range of responsibilities, which may include;

• Developing marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals, then creating the corresponding plans and budgets needed to achieve these goals
• Overseeing the creation of content for company website, and social media sites that attracts new customers and engages with existing customers
• Developing new marketing materials as needed by the business units
• Developing new products or services, planning promotional campaigns, and creating advertising materials such as brochures, flyers, and billboards to promote these offerings to potential customers.
• Developing partnerships with media to promote brand awareness
• Coordinating with production teams to manage budgets and schedules to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget parameters
• Overseeing the creation of content for company website, and social media sites that attracts new customers and engages with existing customers
• Analyzing new customer data to identify new industry trends and preferences to inform future marketing plans
• Monitoring competitors’ marketing campaigns and making adjustments to improve the effectiveness of their own marketing efforts

Job Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
• Strong organizational, time management skills
• Ability to manage projects and facilitate/manage the schedules and strict deadlines of multiple creatives on the team.
