Being a part of the Creative Team at Franklin’s is a role that covers the entire gamut of the Franklin’s brand. The Creative Team’s primary responsibilities may include:

• To assist with the design and production of Franklin’s (and affiliated brands) marijuana packaging. To ensure that all packaging is compliant with all applicable rules, laws and regulations. To help support the VP of Compliance in final Quality Assurance.
• To assist with the company’s creative direction to produce new ideas for packaging design, company branding, promotional campaigns, online presence, marketing communications and more.
• To evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest market and regulatory trends.
• To assist in the success of Franklin’s marketing efforts, including (but not limited to) marketing, events, promotions, advertising, budtender incentives, and more.
• To shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.
• Assist the creative department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
• To perform additional job duties as assigned.

While there are no education requirements for working at Franklin’s, employees that do well in this position:

• Have relevant experience.
• Are open to critical feedback on creative concepts.
• Are experienced in a wide variety of technology suits including Google Docs / Sheets / Slides and Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign.
• Has experience in working with creative teams.

Employee compensation & benefits for this position include:

• $45,000 - $80,000 yearly salary.
