Position Summary
This position is integral in the end-to-end sales process and provides support across the order and onboarding process on customer and sales-related matters, business policy, and procedural issues. This position requires keeping a clear and active focus on inquiry resolution and ensuring that all the necessary action is taken to resolve an inquiry. Provides service in a professional and courteous manner. May assist in the development of new tools and processes used by the sales organization and help in removing barriers to execution. Drive consistency and process efficiency. Trains and coaches new team members on processes and procedures.
Job Description
Serves as a primary resource for credentialing and onboarding business policies and procedures for all Giact and GDC services. Consults with Sales managers to resolve problems and interprets information/policies and procedures. Monitors data and ensures compliance and regulatory requirements are met according to established processes. Works cross-functionally and manages the coordination and investigation of order processing activities, fulfillment, onboarding and other requests ongoing basis. Provide support on the wider organizational initiatives and help in execution. Optimizes utilization of the resources within the team and address any concerns.
Knowledge & Skill
- Liaise with Sales, Account Management and Legal for order processing, credits procedures, credentialing, onboarding, etc.
- Risk experience
- Provides subject matter expertise across sub-units
- Strong understanding of other roles within the function or Business Unit and how they are connected
- Knowledge of relationships between all relevant groups within the company
- Adapts traditional approaches to solutions and applies in different circumstances
- Follow appropriate company policy and procedures to respond to more complex and/or specialized issues, resolving as many queries as possible on first call.
