Citizens Alliance Bank is hiring a Credit Analyst. The purpose of the Credit Analyst position is to provide credit analysis assistance to lenders, monitor incoming financial statements for covenant requirements, perform analysis, and reviews. This position will involve developing and maintaining knowledge of loan regulatory and internal procedural compliance issues to help support the lending department.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
1. Compile financial and review incoming statements as requested, monitor and report on specialized portfolios.
2. Ability to conduct industry research and locate resource material for peer Comparison.
3. Perform an annual review of loan portfolios and report findings to appropriate lenders. Provide management report of outstanding issues.
4. Provide written financial statement analysis for credit presentations, file comments and annual reviews. Maintain the report of review due and work with lenders to keep comments current. Complete property and land evaluations with analysis of comparable sales.
