For one of our long-term multiyear projects, we are looking for someone who has experience in Credit card Disputes with excellent understanding issuer, merchant and scheme relationship (Credit card Disputes SME).Skills:
1. 10+ years Cards domain experience with excellent understanding issuer, merchant and scheme(Visa /Master card) relationship
2. Understanding of dispute life cycle and experience in Disputes management specifically interactions with schemes.
3. Client facing experience and specifically experience facing external audits.
3. Experience is credit card related case management (disputes, Complaints) and workflow management
TECHNOLOGY (nice to have and not mandatory)
Java/JEE, SQL /Query language
PEGA or BPM exposure is nice to have but not required
