Description:

• Set up clients with new accounts and help monitor existing accounts
• Obtaining credit applications
• Checking supplier references
• Reviewing D&B and other credit reports
• Reviewing financial statements
• Establish and monitor customer credit limits
• Facilitate shipment of orders by contacting customers (typically by phone)
• Make payment arrangements for past due balances
• Work out payment arrangements with customers who exceed their credit limits
• Possess the accounting skills necessary to reconcile accounts
• Work directly with claims department, salesmen and customers to resolve Claims, disputes and chargebacks (debits)
• Monitor deductions taken by customers
• Possess good communication and computer skills, working in D365
• Backup to Cash Application Clerk

• 2+ years of Credit/Collections experience
• 2+ years of customer service/soft collections
• 1+ year of AR/cash applications process
