Description
The Indirect Credit Supervisor will supervise the daily workflow of applications and business through the credit department. They will also assist Management in training of new employees and continual improvement of existing employees as well as supervise processes and people in order to exceed the production goals for the department on a monthly basis. They are expected to maintain exemplary service levels in accordance with internal company policy.
What is a day in the life at Flagship as an Indirect Credit Supervisor?
- Perform quality control for team members as needed to ensure adherence to policy and continual development of team members
- Apply quantitative concepts and processes in a judgmental environment to accurately assess risk and balance with expected profitability to the Company
- Must address all business duties with a professional and customer-oriented approach
- Build and maintain relationships with external dealership personnel
- Maintain exemplary service levels in accordance with internal company policy
- Ability to function in a team environment, working in conjunction with other teams to ensure quality and volume objectives are exceeded by the company
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in an automotive lending or credit environment
- Knowledge of credit, finance and funding functions within an auto finance company
- Experience in small company environments where creative solutions and cross-functional teams are required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
