As a Crew Member at Sanders Lawn Care, you will be responsible for providing top-quality lawn care and landscaping services to our residential and commercial clients. A majority of the work we do involves mowing lawns and edging but you may also be responsible for tasks such as pruning, planting, and mulching.

At Sanders Lawn Care, we strive to provide our crew members with a balanced work schedule that allows for plenty of time off. To achieve this, we typically work 8 to 12 hour days, which means there are only 2 or 3 days of work per week. This allows you to enjoy a good work-life balance while still earning a competitive wage. In addition, we offer a pay for performance bonus incentive, so you have the opportunity to earn even more based on your hard work and dedication. We currently have 20 to 25 hours of constant work every other week and about 8 hours of work on the off week.

If you have experience in lawn care or landscaping (preferred but not required), a valid driver's license with the ability to back a trailer, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. We can't wait to see what you can bring to the team!

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Weekend availability
