As a Togo’s Sandwiches Crew Member, you are responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, making them feel like part of the Togo’s family. With a keen eye for details and the ability to create moments of happiness and optimism, you ensure our guests receive the best level of service in any interaction.

Our Kitchen team associates are trained to maintain the highest standards of our food including the preparation and culinary precision of our menu offerings, food quality and safety and cleanliness of our restaurant.

Key areas of responsibility:

Guest Experience: Upholding the highest food quality and guest service standards while developing marketing acumen

Financial: Ability to understand point of sale system; handle customer transactions, accuracy of casher tasks, cost management, and online delivery management.

Kitchen Management: Ensure food safety, maintain product inventory and develop the culinary skillset to prepare all entrees at the highest level

Operations: Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and apply knowledge of all policies, procedures and practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
