Job Profile :
The Crew Training Coordinator will be the main point of contact for training events for both pilots and cabin crew. The CTC will work with 3rd party companies to schedule training events and retrieve records for those events. Additionally, assist with tasks and projects delegated by the Training Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all pilots remain current with training activities
    • Focused on 299 Check rides
      • Work with scheduling to provide pairing to ensure CHKP can be paired with captain needing 299
      • Providing 8410 Training Forms
  • Book Training Events for XOAV(CL300), XOCR, and Managed Fleets
    • Initial type rating training for all fleets
  • Ensure training events are optimized to maximize coverage of all aircraft
      • Simulator – 293, 297
      • Ground School
      • CRM
      • Drills
      • Command Course
  • Provide 8410 and TCAs to CAE for the month, prior to the 10th of the preceding month
  • Ensure training events are optimized to maximize coverage of all aircraft
  • Ensure all pilots remain current with training activities
  • Update Instructor Schedules in RMS
    • Manage pay codes associated with instructor schedules
  • Update RMS and Acrobat for CH and pilot training events
  • Primary point of contact for all Centirk related issues/updates
Work environment
The primary work environment is in the office area. The noise level in the work environment is low.

Able to lift 10lbs and occasional standing

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or some college degree
  • Previous aviation experience preferred.
  • Clerical or administrative experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite, and Filing
  • Knowledge of Part 135 regulations
  • Great attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
