Crisis Intervention Office Administrator
Opportunities for Otsego's Crisis Intervention team is seeking a skilled office administrator to organize and coordinate office operations and procedures for OFO's Violence Intervention Program (VIP) and Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP).
For nearly 30 years, the Violence Intervention Program has provided support to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other crimes throughout Otsego County. OFO's Emergency Housing Assistance Program is part of the solution to the local housing crisis by offering hope and stability to homeless families and those at risk of becoming homeless.

The Office Administrator makes a difference by:
- Scheduling client appointments and providing the programs daily schedules to reception
- Entering data into data bases and assisting in Crisis Intervention Department data management
- Tracking and maintaining VIP/EHAP program revenue and expenditures
- Assisting program staff with routine information technology and office equipment problems
- Maintaining fixed asset inventory and coordinating orders of supplies and materials
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED required; Associates degree in business administration desirable; two years of relevant experience in experience in office and administrative work; strong skills in spreadsheet and data base software, office organization, and interpersonal communication; supervision experience desirable; valid New York State driver’s license.
