CRITICAL CARE

• ICU Volume: 22
• 28 ICU Beds
• 24/7 ICU coverage, two 12-hour shifts, and one overlapping 10-hour APP shift
• Critical Care team manages all medical and surgery ICU patients, not trauma ICU patients
• ICU runs codes but not rapid response
• Cardiothoracic surgery program

• 318-Bed Acute Care Hospital
• Cardiothoracic surgery program
• Cerner EMR System

SALARY

Excellent compensation with an estimated employed W-2 base pay range of $183/hour PLUS comprehensive USCAS benefits, a 10% company-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock, or an estimated 1099 base pay range of $225/hour to $284/hour..
