Job description

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious CRM and Data Marketing Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping build our CRM and data strategies to bring Blink’s program to the next level. You will execute our CRM omnichannel strategy and its many component parts - from leading the brief to creative execution to identifying what data we need for personalization. You will also manage marketing performance - conducting analytics that lead to insights, providing valuable input to leadership based on what you learn and see from your own work.

You will be working with the latest marketing technology in collaboration with other teams across the company. This is a hybrid role with just 12 days/month in the office located in mid-town Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Work with the CRM Director to develop the high-level strategy, annual plan, and insights to acquire and retain members across multiple channels (emails/SMS/push notifications)
  • Help build CRM data strategy and new customer data platform to unlock advanced segmentation and message personalization
  • Help develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions
  • Support presentation of strategy, reporting and learnings with clearly structured presentations and strong analysis that focuses on key insights

Planning

  • Partner with Brand Marketing to ensure monthly email and SMS briefs incorporate overall brand messaging, key promotions and timing
  • Manage email calendar and strategy/plan communication with cross-functional teams
  • Manage vender and agency meetings, ensuring agenda points are addressed, and recording issues for further following up
  • Run weekly email meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned
  • Work with any new partners or agencies to integrate into Blink

Execution

  • Manage email communications across ad hoc and “journey”-based email and SMS, including owning the strategy and brief, managing the creative process, and building campaigns with appropriate segments, content, parameters and scheduling
  • Manage CRM data points for accurate and advanced segmentation, reporting, and personalized content
  • Set-up and organize CRM templates, segments, and campaigns as needed
  • Execute segmentation and other test opportunities
  • Ensure all campaigns and triggered journeys are executing correctly

Reporting/Analysis

  • Manage day-to-day email performance marketing analytics, reporting and tools, providing data and insights to leadership to drive decision-making
  • Manage channel testing (AB/segmenting) and analytics, reporting results with insights
  • Compose and maintain competitive deck and analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of email marketing and analytics experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Past experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Experience with ecommerce and subscription-based products a plus
  • Proficient using marketing automation technology and tools, including email and SMS
  • Comfortable presenting
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends

Pay Transparency: $80,000 - $100,000
