JOB DESCRIPTION:

The CRM Coordinator will support the management of the Ontario Reign Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. This individual will primarily work with the Ontario Reign sales team and will also assist with the ticket operations team as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical aptitude with the ability to develop strong competencies in creating, developing, implementing CRM forms, workflows, and processes, as well as provide end user support.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with day-to-day management of Ontario Reign data cleansing, data entry, accuracy, validation, and data integrity; Monitor sales activity and provide reporting on conversions and campaign metrics.
  • Assist with lead generation/acquisition and efficiently/continuously route prospecting leads to sales representatives
  • Perform database segmentation, generate campaigns to target groups and prospect leads for various stakeholders. Assist in the development of customized reports and dashboards to measure the success of CRM campaigns and other ongoing projects.
  • Assist sales reps and management with ad-hoc requests including data reports and analysis such as trending status of a certain sales representative or ticket package
  • Work cross functionally with internal departments to ensure successful marketing execution and client retention; Provide recommendations on how best to leverage the CRM data and deliver insight for how to improve engagement and create new features to share with team members.
  • Process tasks and orders using AXS ticketing software; Implement and support all policies and procedures for the department; Work with Account Executives to assure adherence to proper ticketing guidelines
  • Participate in other related duties, special projects/events or game day duties as requested

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:

The CRM Coordinator must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities:

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn required business systems.
  • Must be comfortable working with data

  • Demonstrate the ability to successfully work in a team and with stakeholders across an organization
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of related work experience
  • Experience in database design, Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience strongly preferred
