• Provide support of the regional sales and service units by using the CRM System and related interfaces.
• Perform overall incident management.
• Bring new requirements to the development team sharing impact and prioritization for the region.
• Test new functionality based on our CRM Release Process providing feedback to the development team.
• Perform end to end interface testing and monitoring.
• Develop / Organize Lifecycle process for standard applications (e.g. Wave Releases Dynamics CRM)
• Coordinate installations and software updates.
• Provide knowledge transfer and prepare CRM training in the region.
• Send communications to the Key Users (i.e. for new features and self -help support documentation)
• Manage Azure / Dynamics Administration tasks and different linked systems.
• Provide system and interface monitoring.
• Collaborate in a global CRM team.
• Work on tickets from Asia/Europe in US time zones
