Job Overview:

Do you have 3-5 years of dedicated email and SMS strategy, analytics, and optimization? Do you have people management experience? We're looking for you to join our team in a hybrid capacity with just 12 days/month in the office. This is an excellent opportunity to create an impact on email/SMS channel strategy and execution!

As the CRM Senior Manager, you will be a key member of Blink’s CRM team owning planning and developing our overall CRM acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to the director of CRM, you must be a self-starter, driven, and insanely detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Develop a holistic CRM strategy based on learnings and insights to drive business goals
  • Manage and expand the overall CRM acquisition strategy
  • Identify CRM opportunities that align to and support brand priorities
  • Present strategies, reporting, and learnings to cross functional teams and leadership
  • Develop member and lead journeys and ad hoc campaign segment lists based on behaviors including geo targeting, sales lifecycle, email engagement, website interactions and user preferences
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
  • Suggest continuous improvement across segmentation, testing, and creativity to meet business goals

Planning

  • Organize and manage vendor and agency relationships, including driving agendas and ensuring successful outcomes
  • Run weekly marketing and cross-functional meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned
  • Oversee creation of monthly email and SMS briefs to Creative, incorporating overall brand messaging, key promotions and timing
  • Maintain and develop data points for accurate and advanced segmenting, reporting, and dynamic content
  • Oversee new partner and agency integrations

Execution

  • Manage CRM Coordinator and oversee calendar of communication by segment
  • Ensure proper set-up and organization of CRM templates, segments, and campaigns for effective execution
  • Manage ad hoc email execution including campaign building with appropriate segments, content and parameters and scheduling
  • Identify test segmenting and opportunities
  • Set-up triggered journeys and monitor to ensure proper execution

Reporting/Analysis

  • Ensure all reporting tools are set up to capture the right metrics accurately and adjust as needed
  • Analyze and evaluate results and realign content as needed
  • Compose and maintain competitive decks and analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3 -5 years of CRM Marketing experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Proficient using marketing automation technology and tools, including email and SMS
  • Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Program proficiencies - Excel, Adobe Analytics, Omniture, and marketing automation platform (Listrak preferred)
