Crew Member - White Marsh, MD

Are you ready to make some DOUGH at the fastest-growing cookie company in the nation? We are looking for energetic & driven individuals to be part of our Crumbl Crew at the brand new Crumbl White Marsh store!

Baker Job Requirements: (must be 16+)
Base pay starting at $12/hr + Tips ($1 to $5+ per hour in tips)

• No previous baking experience is needed but is always a plus - Paid Training!
• Full-time & part-time positions available
• 18+ preferred, but also looking for motivated 16 and 17 year olds
• Must be willing to work weekdays and at least two weekends a month
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Baker Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding Crumbl recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying the finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations, accepting orders and payment, and providing world class customer service
• Keeping records relating to deliveries, inventory, and production levels
• Taking client information and ensuring that deliveries accurate and timely
• Cleaning and restocking the workstation and ensuring all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift

Shift Lead Requirements: (must be 18+)
Base pay starting at $14/hr + Tips ($1 to $5+ per hour in tips)

• Previous leadership experience preferred - Paid Training!
• Notable communication skills

• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Shift Lead Responsibilities:

• Ensure employees reporting to you meet performance expectations
• Effectively instructing other employees on the shift
• Establish a safe, secure, and healthy work environment
• Meet deadlines
• Maintain exceptional customer service at all levels
