Crumbl is a fun and upbeat atmosphere that needs responsible and talented leaders to supervise employees on shifts throughout the day, engage and inspire the team, deliver world class customer service, and serve up incredible quality cookies to our customers. Shift leads will work alongside bakers, help them work efficiently, and provide hands-on training. We seek leaders who treat both customers and coworkers with care, dignity, and respect.

Essential Role Functions

- LEADERSHIP: Supervise team members and processes to bake and present world class cookies to our customers. Ability to patiently support team members as they improve their skills.
- PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist in developing Crumbl team member's skills and capabilities for their current and future roles at Crumbl through hands-on training
- OPERATIONS: Oversee a specific set of of Crumbl operational areas during a particular shift, including: quality control and taste, cookie baking process, cookie presentation, delivery experience, and inventory
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: We don't just want happy customers - we want to create raving fans through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every customer that comes into Crumbl
- COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly and frequently with store leadership team and the Crumbl Crew throughout each shift
- TECHNOLOGY: Understand and use Crumbl business technology applications appropriately. Stays current on all training and displays a high level of performance in the technology tools used.
- EFFICIENCY: Has a mindset and work ethic focused on providing exceptional guest service and Crumbl products in a quick, high quality manner. Commits to performing all duties extremely well at a pace that creates a memorable experience for our team members as well as our guests.
- TIME MANAGEMENT: Ability to prioritize time as well as where to dedicate their time throughout their shift.
- PRIORITIZATION: Ability to prepare ahead of time to meet the demands of the position, as well as to choose the most important tasks as well as duties on a daily basis.
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the details of baking and customer service process and ensures those details are communicated and taught to the team to deliver excellence on a daily basis
- CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bakery environment, exceeding regulatory and company requirements at all times
- SAFETY: Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Role Qualifications
- CHARACTER: Naturally has strong personal values and displays these through action and word
- WORK ETHIC: Committed to giving exceptional effort consistently in all responsibilities
- CULTURAL FIT: Has a strong internal "why" that aligns with owners and Crumbl, has similar values and character, and has a passion for food and baking
- EXPERIENCE: Preferably has at least one year of business, leadership, management, and food or restaurant experience
- EDUCATION: Prefer high school graduate or higher
- COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER & EXCELLENCE: Has a genuine desire to serve others while having an unquenchable thirst for excellence in everything you do
Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided. Store managers will support shift leads in learning the processes needed to be successful.Compensation will be $12 to $15 per hour plus tips. Tips average $3-4+ per hour for total hourly compensation of $15-19+. Strong candidates can receive guaranteed minimum tip payouts.
