First Neighbor Bank is looking for a CSR Supervisor at our Mattoon, IL location!
Job Duties include:
Oversees the efficient operations of the CSR function.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of the bank’s services, deposit compliance, customer relations skills and problem solving capabilities.
Performs all duties required of Customer Service Representatives.
Complies and stays up-to-date with all policies and procedures as well as federal and state laws/regulations; with emphasis on privacy and confidentiality.
Assists, trains, and counsels customer service representatives with questions or problems they may have.
Supervises and monitors: vault operations and procedures; dual control procedures; teller buys and sells and teller long and short research.
Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests.
