Job Summary

Brand Experience Manager

The Brand Experience Manager controls the optimization of the service experience across all delivery channels to maximize the guest and employee experience by facilitating the coordination of each service team, implementing and training team members on enhanced engagement systems, and tracking and reporting the experience of the client employees and guests throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Experience Facilitation
  • Own the employee & guest experiences across all sectors of service with the client
  • Liaison between Flik Hospitality, Dining Services, Waveguide AV, Conference Center Services, and internal client employee experience teams
  • Conduct engagement tours and daily reviews of all sectors of the employee and guest experiences, noting areas of improvement and areas of success
  • Conduct hands-on, in-person training with new and existing staff on service standards & technologies
  • Review existing service standards and implement Platinum Experience standards into the employee/guest experience through the collaboration of the different service teams to optimize service delivery
  • Regularly report feedback and developments to the Flik Management and synK teams.
  • Build a community through the connection of Compass services, and relationships with employees and clients
  • Collect and submit daily end-of-shift reports with feedback from frontline team members
  • Ensure proper utilization industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Onboard new team members through Platinum Services and client systems
  • Cultivate the culture through coordination with teams and engagement opportunities
  • Present experience data and measurables at Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Establish monthly town halls with Coca-Cola key business liaisons.
  • Collect, satisfy, and follow-up with employee concerns, recording issues and resolutions in an internal issue-tracking system
  • Manage the employee engagement events from the Coca-Cola engagement team
Project Management
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Qualifications
  • Must demonstrate 5+ years previous experience in hospitality, with food and beverage management
  • Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Comfortable in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
