Responsibilities:

Skills:

• Worked on MVC using standard J2EE frameworks

• Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming; Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL)
• Ability to work independently or with a team to develop maintains applications in a multi-tier environment.
• Extensive working experience in systems integration in an Agile environment.
• Good understanding of Social Enterprise Management (SEM) and Curam Enterprise Framework
• Demonstrated leadership ability in complex projects involving multiple vendors and in-house resources within all levels of an organization.
• Proven experienced in Milestone driven delivery, developing comprehensive Project Plans, Schedules and coordinating development and timely delivery of all project deliverables
• Proven ability to manage delivery across a matrix organization.
• Excellent Client Relationship skills, representing the delivery team and ensuring that the project is delivered to commitments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in designing large scale Information Technology (IT) solutions and providing guidance to development teams
• Speaks with authority to most layers of depth related to Curam Development practices
