Duties and responsibilities


  • Create, maintain, and update customer and material master records within SAP.
  • Analyze, validate, and make necessary updates to bring standardization across material master.
  • Perform basic statistical and relational analysis of large data sets to identify and correct inconsistencies and anomalies.
  • Review profit center and product hierarchy settings across full material master, making changes as needed.
  • Review, and report on Bill of Material (BOM) within SAP, making updates as needed to support marketing team members.
  • Responsible to review, prioritize, and validate mass change requests within material master.
  • Adherence to the company’s quality and regulatory compliance requirements, without exception, and ensure that all job duties inherent in the position description are performed in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and enhance Customer, Material and Vendor master data governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate material master cleanup project, reporting weekly results to senior management.
  • Customer and Material Master support provided to all business units and divisions of Fujifilm.
  • Provide support and pricing analysis as needed to various divisions within Fujifilm as needed.
  • Enter and maintain Customer Accounts in SAP.
  • Create and maintain condition records and listings/exclusions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years relevant work experience.
  • Must have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
  • SAP knowledge and experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Lightning preferred.
  • Time management skills including multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to handle and work under stress.
  • Experience in a corporate environment, including general knowledge of department functions such as Procurement, Sales and Marketing, Order processing.

Physical requirements

The position requires the ability to perform the following physical demands and/or have the listed capabilities.


  • The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work
  • The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items,
  • including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work
  • The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work
  • The ability to lift and carry up to twenty pounds up to 20% of applicable work.
  • Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less.

TRAVEL:

Occasional travel may be required based on business need or training.
