Job description
Essential Functions:
Performs custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and order in lobby, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, parting lots, elevators, escalators and other areas;
Sweep, mop, scrub, clean, remove trash, dust, polish furniture and floors;
Maintain all restrooms; keep all toiles clean and sanitary; Maintain adequate supply of soap, towels and toilet tissues in restrooms;
Vacuum all carpeted areas;
Dust and wipe down counter top, desk and work areas daily;
Clean floors, as necessary;
Wash windows and walls as necessary;
Empty and clean all trashcans and replace liners on a daily basis;
Report malfunctions of plumbing and lighting to Supervisor;
Follow all safety procedures; Report accidents/injuries and safety concerns to the supervisor;
Maintain an acceptable attendance records;
Perform other duties as assigned.
