Custodian Technician

We are seeking a custodian technician for the True North of Utah Brigham City facility. The position is primarily janitorial work but will require the flexibility to float over to maintenance duties in between down time on any given day.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Janitorial-

• Cleaning the break rooms, locker rooms, common areas, offices, and lavatories
• wiping down furniture, equipment surfaces, walls, doors, and windows
• Replenishing- soap, paper towel, and hand sanitizer dispensers
• Cleaning processing equipment, and other necessary items in that department specified by the manager
• Mopping, sweeping, cleaning up spills, tidying areas, taking out all trash bins and replacing bags
• Organizing consumables
• Following 5’s protocol and maintaining the janitorial department
• Tracking inventory of cleaning supplies and uniforms (Unifirst)

Maintenance-

• Assisting with any general labor
• Replacing or cleaning filters
• Cleaning drain traps
• Organizing consumables
• Clean and sanitize tools
• Wash equipment and vehicles
• Pulling weeds and grounds keeping
• shoveling snow and spreading salt
• Reporting damages

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Pass a federal background check
• Have a reliable mode of transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable working with and around Medical Cannabis
• Must be reliable and dependable
• Flexibility with duties that change periodically
• ability 50 lbs periodically

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
