We are looking for an experienced customer service representative to join one of the largest organizations within residential construction to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! Key Responsibilities include;

• Acting as a liaison between the customer and warranty department.
• Providing top-notch customer service throughout all customer interactions.
• Using internal scheduling system to coordinate warranty requests.
• Address new and current home owner concerns in a timely manner.
• Act as subject matter expert for current customers and provide assistance for any question or concern.
• Customer service experience is required for this position.
• Experience in homebuilding or resdential construction is strongly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
