Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist will assist our patients and physician community with any inquiries made by phone or electronic message in a call center environment.

Duties Include:

• Answer patient inquiries and concerns
• Schedule appointments for each location and physician
• Data entry of patient information
• Insurance and referral verification
• Inbound and outbound calls

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to problem solve

· COVID19 Vaccination or Proof of infection within past 90 days

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer

Repetitive hand movements (specifically keyboarding and writing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
