Job description

This administrative role is a full-time entry-level hourly position. This position will be responsible for scheduling appointments for customers/sales, gathering necessary information for appointments, and answering general solar and energy storage questions. While this role will be focused primarily on appointment setting and sales support activities, other duties may include handling incoming/outgoing calls, follow-up with customers, representation at home shows or other community events, and other sales/marketing tasks as assigned.

The right candidate for this role will be a team player who works hard and contributes to the success of SolarTech. This role requires fluent English, excellent grammar and communication skills. Candidates must be able to comfortably speak with customers over the phone and face-to-face.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Professional demeanor and communication with customers.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience in residential solar industry a BIG PLUS.
• Experience maintaining data in CRM software (Salesforce).
• Customer communication email marketing experience.

COMPENSATION INCLUDES:

• $16-$18/hr (TBD based on experience).
