Overview

House Ninja’s mission is to take the hassle out of home maintenance by taking care of everything you wish you had time to do in and around your home. We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Experience Manager (aka “Ninja”) with excellent interpersonal skills to actively engage and coordinate services for customers within the Austin, TX market.

This team member will serve as one of House Ninja’s frontline representatives in Austin, working with customers daily and coordinating complete and appropriate solutions for their home wish-list and preventative maintenance needs in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years in residential maintenance, real estate, client services, sales, or property management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Onboard new customers and conduct new home walkthroughs using House Ninja's 88-point home checklist.
  • Prepare home walkthrough reports and share with customers, identify potential maintenance and service needs.
  • Provide solutions for customers' home maintenance needs by coordinating with local vendors.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide frontline support to customers on an ongoing basis, responding to their needs reactively while also engaging them proactively.
  • Enhance House Ninja's high-quality vendor network by finding and engaging new vendors across a range of home services categories.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon service targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to coordinate service needs.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Requirements:

  • Team player with a positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Basic knowledge of general home maintenance.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, customer communication platforms, and project management software.
  • Ability to build productive professional relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal driven.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Google Suite.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
