The Hatch Group, Inc is seeking energetic, progressive-minded individuals to join our office's sealcoating and paving division. A typical day in this role will include helping our division identify potential and existing clients needs, and respond appropriately to queries. Clients reach out to us in various ways, such as email, live chat, phone and social media. Being a member of this team means you would assist in getting those client needs met in the most timely manner possible while exceeding their expectations.

We may not have a long list of things we require of our team, but we do have a few things that may help you stick out:

• Knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, etc.), HubSpot and Quickbooks
• Previous experience in a customer service or reception position
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Understanding of phone etiquette

What a work day might look like:

• Flexible shifts mean you can start and end your day around your schedule
• Make a cup of coffee and dive in to our team email
• Respond to client emails, answer incoming calls and navigate queries as needed and ensuring CRM is updated
• Measuring aerial views of project areas to develop a quote
• Scheduling customer projects and collecting customer payment plans
• Reviewing crew productivity throughout the day
• Communicating courtesy reminders, schedule changes and delays to customers
• Submitting DigSafe tickets and city/town permitting as required
• Scheduling estimator appointments via Google Calendar
• Utilizing Google Drive to store project data and documents
