Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join our team onsite in New Berlin, Wisconsin.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Dedicated Point of Contact for US and Canada, providing daily order and technical support via email and phone.
Process quotes, and seating system orders and returns for our custom TruShape product line.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Support production and custom design team with order questions as needed.
Follow direction, procedures, and instructions for all work assignments.
Work as a team and maintain professionalism at all levels in the organization.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance; report to work on time.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Duties and responsibilities may change from time to time.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in the English language (written and oral); strong grammar skills.
Ability to communicate with a pleasant voice and in a professional manner.
Attention to detail and ability to perform accurate work.
Ability to work independently, self-starter, with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks on an ongoing basis.
Strong computer skills required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and ability to use multiple screens.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Interact with a multitude of internal areas including Sales, Transportation, Production Planning.
Ability to accommodate flexible or varied work schedules.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and records.
Level of Education or Experience in Lieu of:
Minimum of 2-4 years' experience in customer support
High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment:
Professional office setting. Casual dress.
Overtime as assigned.
Physical Demands:
Work at a computer for 8+ hours per day.
Ability to manage work in a production environment
Life and move boxes up to 25 pounds
Wear required personal protective equipment, as needed.
