Job Purpose

• Perform daily fulfillment of e-commerce orders and complete required entry of transactions in the POS system. Develop the e-commerce and wholesale revenue streams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Fulfill Shopify orders received daily.
• Enter daily sales in the POS system and reconcile with Shopify.
• Assist with inventory and overall operations of the fulfillment process
• Ability to analyze current operations and recommendation to improve where necessary
• Reports on inventory levels and procedural efficiency
• Answer pone calls and emails regarding tours, customer questions and product information
• Listen to customer concerns, and answer customers questions to your best ability
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
• Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
• Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
• Data Entry
• Provide other duties as directed

• Strong understanding of customer service and best practices
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong customer service skills the ability to communicate with customers and create solutions for customers

• Strong Verbal Communicator
• Ability to learn about our applicable products and markets

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in customer service
• Prior experience in inventory management software and or customer service software a plus

Experience:

• Retail: 1 Year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
