Our Head of Customer Life Cycle will set the direction for our Customer life cycle practice and solution area. Providing thought leadership to our clients, partners with business development to drive overall revenue, growth and build operational efficiencies for our existing deployments. The head of Customer life cycle will be accountable for the overall quality of execution across the entire solution portfolio.

  • Drive growth of the overall Customer Life cycle practice through strategy development, thought leadership and Designit IP.
  • Drive improvement with employee professional development, talent management, and oversight of program execution.
  • Evolve Customer Life cycle current offerings into a cohesive strategy to delivery our services more broadly.
  • Build the overarching Customer Life cycle practice for consultants and lead the growth and development plan for our talented consultants.
  • Engage in pre-sales motions through proposal development, strategy development, and support business development in project structure.
  • Act as the subject matter expert to sell engagements within the Customer Life cycle area.
  • Partner with project delivery leaders to build new programs, optimize existing programs, and ensure total quality of service across all engagements.
  • Identify opportunities for growth/ maturation of customer life cycle offerings and set the direction for that growth.
  • Oversee project pricing and budgets to ensure Customer Life cycle solutions are sold in and delivered profitably.
  • Coach, guide, and mentor top senior consultants and middle management on delivery teams to ensure talent retention and growth within the practice.

We would like you to have...

  • 10+ years of consulting experience focused in customer management, customer loyalty and sales strategy within a management consulting firm
  • 6+ years digital care solutions and design within technology industry
  • Proven history of growing a client base through organic business development and supporting pre-sales motions
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams including skill development and career management
  • Experience managing a global 365x24x7
  • Experience creating, articulating, and delivering a value proposition around digital care solutions, products, services and systems
  • Desire to pro-actively communicate and share your thoughts on designing for customer life cycle management both externally and internally, including our clients, partners, and teams
  • Strong belief in the value of what customer life cycle solutions can bring to products, services, people, and organizations and being able to articulate that value as a business priority to our clients

Compensation Range: $160,000 - $180,000

  • This role comes with additional bonus commensurate to the level of the role in the organization.

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
