We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to implement strategies and processes that deliver consistent customer satisfaction and retention. Being a Customer Onboarding Specialist utilizes extensive product knowledge, problem-solving skills and training to enhance customer engagements and achieve successful outcomes throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle. Ensures that onboarding processes are precisely executed to build a strong customer relationship foundation.

In addition, Customer Onboarding Specialist coordinates with internal teams to access additional resources and facilitate the solutions and tools needed by customers. Delivers customer feedback as a voice of the customer to internal teams identifying customer needs, ideas, and challenges. Advocates for solutions, product enhancements, and other actions to meet the needs of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Aperia's products and services after training is provided and expected to continuously be up-to-date with all new updates and features for the products.
  • Provide a detailed walkthrough of the product with customers to assist them with implementation and to educate them about the product's benefits.
  • Ensure the customer has a successful experience with the product or service from the very beginning of the customer journey.
  • Understand the customer's maintenance strategy and how they operate, then deploy and configure the product to fit into those processes as effectively as possible.
  • Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the customer onboarding process.
  • Listen carefully to information provided by customers and ask clarifying questions to ensure proper use of Aperia's products.
  • Establish strong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepen relationships with existing customer stakeholders by performing quarterly check-ins and being attentive to customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with the sales, finance, operations, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with web technologies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Pleasant and straightforward phone and video manner
  • Strong organizational skills. You'll be working with many customers, and you'll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude
  • This job requires traveling to customer locations
