Salary starting at $38,074 (open to negotiation based on experience)

POSITION OBJECTIVE: To provide eligibility support and customer service to members of the Child Welfare Specialty Plan, as well as data collection, input and reports to CBC Integrated Health team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitors CBCIH Escalation Mailbox and troubleshoots data issues for CBC Coordinators related to the following issues: PCP Changes, Obtaining Member ID Cards, Changing Authorized Callers, and Assisting with Facilitating Changes to Member Demographic Information
- Monitors CBCIH Escalation Mailbox and troubleshoots eligibility issues in order to ensure that CWSP members have access to all covered benefits
- Tracks various processes for CBCIH Integration Managers, including training and administrative requests
- Assists with completion of Health Risk Assessments for CWSP members who are not otherwise assigned
- Provides outreach and education to new CWSP members who are not otherwise assigned
- Develops and implements processes to ensure that members’ contact information is updated
- Provides support and coverage for Incident Report Mailbox as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED:
- Associates Degree from an accredited college and 2 years of child welfare, health care or related experience
- 2 years of experience with spreadsheets/databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
PREFERRED:
- Data management experience
- Thorough knowledge of state SACWIS system
- Previous experience in client eligibility determination
- Previous experience with Medicaid billing

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
- Thorough Background Screening upon hire including FBI, FDLE, Local Law check, Employment Reference check, DMV check, Criminal Records check, Social Security Trace & Drug Screening. FDLE check will be run at least every 5 years.
- On-call assignments- N/A
- Travel- local: 3% per week, long-distance: 0% per week
