Sales and Customer Service Representative

What you'll do:

• Effectively listen and identify customer needs
• Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment, and problem-solving skills
• Communicate and offer additional products and services to enhance the customer’s travel experience
• Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations, and any concerns they may have
• Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles including cleaning, washing, vacuuming, removing trash, filling gas tanks and checking fluid levels

• $18 - $20 per hour starting pay ($18 per hour + $1/hr. additional for evening hours worked & $2/hr. additional for weekend hours worked

What we're looking for:

• Valid diver’s license with good driving record
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management
• Ability to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
