Job Purpose
Pressed is currently hiring for a Customer Service Associate who will be responsible for engaging with our customers by phone and through email inquiries regarding our website, products, promotions, and online orders. We’re looking for someone fun, outgoing, and charming to bring their energy and skills to our close-knit team. The Customer Service Associate will process all orders as necessary and will collaborate with our operations team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The ideal candidate must be available to work nights & weekends as needed.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Answer all incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with warmth, humor and accurate information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaint, determining root cause, explaining the best solution, expedite necessary corrective action and follow up to ensure resolution. In other words, identify wrinkles and help smooth them out.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and making recommendations. Assist customers with placing online orders, problem solving and account issues.
- Keep track of all products, delivery, and general customer complaints.
- Recommends product improvements and passes on customer feedback to management.
- Track all packages and ensure they arrive at their destination.
- Treat each customer in a courteous, personable, and professional manner; greet and answer every question. Ensure that all customers receive a world-class customer service experience
- Perform miscellaneous administrative, data entry and other activities as needed.
- Previous experience at a call center or customer service within an e-commerce setting is preferred.
- Ability to learn, engage with the customer and confidently communicate product knowledge – don’t worry, we’ll be providing plenty of training (a.k.a. sampling delicious juices and snacks).
- Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision. Must have excellent time management skills, be reliable, dependable and able to make lemons into lemonade (not literally- we have another listing for that).
- Ability to communicate well with others and maintain a sweet disposition even when dealing with sourness or bitterness.
- Ability to be discreet and keep company and trade information in strict confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
