Job Description includes but is not limited to:

• Answer all incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly
• Active inside sales calls
• Handle all walk-in customers promptly and courteously
• Sales order processing daily
• Product pricing and markup
• Open purchase order follow-up on non-bulk inventory purchasing
• Purchasing/Product sourcing
• CIM responsibilities include travel, sometimes up to 4 hours away
• Maintain vendor managed inventory counts which will require minimal warehouse responsibility.
• Deliver items to customer
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Shipping and Receiving
• Vehicle upkeep
• Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of the work environment.

Position Specifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
• Customer Service or sales experience
• Ability to learn about and demonstrate product lines
• Proven track record of success
• Ability to develop leads as well as work with leads given
• Proficient email, basic word processing, and spreadsheets programs

Requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. without an issue
• Able to pass a background and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean MVR (motor vehicle report) to be held on the auto policy
• Able to work Mon.- Fri. 8 - 5 pm.

Preferred Skills/ Experience:

• Experience in Sales
• Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
• Logistics or warehouse experience
• Stocking experience
• Chemistry background or lab experience
• Hazmat Training Certification

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
