Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:
- Process registration for inpatient, outpatients, and emergency room patients
- Input patient demographics, financial, and biographical information
- Responsible for counseling patients on any copay, out of pocket, or prior balance information
Qualifications needed for position:
- High School Diploma or equivalent with GED
- Medical terminology preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of general computer skills and applications
