Job Title: Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking an entry level Clinical Support Specialist to assist our sales team in their efforts to expand Gateway Genomics’ products to healthcare facilities.

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Virtual training and onboarding sessions with new distributors/clinics

· Help sales team manage existing clinic accounts

• Supply/kit requests, test questions, billing updates
• Help maintain positive relationships with all business partners, returning customer requests and questions in a timely manner

· Communication with Gateway Genomics lab, handling any day-to-day requests relating to our clinical product

· Oversee appointment coordination and scheduling of phlebotomists in clinics that need it

· Support Accounting Team, helping rectify clinic failed payments and billing questions

· Monitor clinic compliance with brand and advertising guidelines

Skills:

· Must be comfortable speaking to customers, both on the phone and on video conferences

· Computer skills required – i.e. Word, PowerPoint, video conferencing

· Detail oriented

· Self-motivated, strong work ethic

· Positive attitude and outgoing personality

· Collaborates well in a team setting
