Responsibilities:

This position will provide administrative support to the team by organizing and maintaining operation/management/field data documents, creating and updating records, initiating electronic approvals, and other clerical duties but not limited,

  • Input operation, management, data logs to Excel and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain operation, management, data board docs & KPI/Standard boards
  • Submit Electronic Approvals (EA’s) for consumables, supplies, goods, replacement parts, etc.
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, documents and internal reports
  • Tracking of operator hiring, training, certification, allocation, flexibility, promotion, etc.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as photocopying, collating, filing, etc.
  • Work closely with QA internal team
  • Attend and record meeting minutes throughout department
  • Develop and maintain a file management system in shared drives within data network
  • Coordinate 5S activities with other teams
  • Work with other department Coordinators on plant wide projects
  • Overtime and Weekends if necessary


Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent from a two year college or technical school is preferred
  • 1 to 5+ years related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional/Positive Attitude
  • Highly Motivated Self-Starter
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Well-Organized
  • Problem Solving and Analytical Abilities
  • Multitask on several projects at the same time
