• Taking calls and cheerfully answering our customer's questions
• Scheduling and assigning resources to service our customers
• Entering customer data into our CRM
• Communicating with customers (phone, email, etc.)
• Using various software to upload billing data to insurance companies (on the job training)
• Software we use (don't worry, we'll train you!): Google Apps, DASH, Xactimate, Docusign, Microsoft Office, Bamboo HR

Typically, we expect an undergraduate degree for this position but is not required. You should also be comfortable speaking on the phone - a big part of the job.

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM

Pay Rate: 45-50k Salary
