JSG is hiring a Data Entry / Customer Service Rep - ONSITE for our client in Cincinnati, OH!
Office hours: 8-5pm (flexible for employee’s that need early or late start)

Job Responsibilities:
- Highly Responsive: Manage all client-facing communication with a diverse range of reward Recipients (some of our clients’ top employees) via phone and email to assist them in choosing and planning their experience/activity.
- Collaborate with the internal Concierge team to book experiences for reward Recipients and ensure all details are accurate and within budget.
- Back Office Coordination: Assign and coordinate with Research and Bookings Operations teams to ensure relevant details and logistics for flights, accommodations and experiences are coordinated with providers, experiences are booked, and full itineraries are communicated to Recipients.
- Conduct necessary and urgent changes to existing reservations as needed (i.e., reservation reschedules and cancellations) to ensure that our Recipients don't experience disruptions or difficulties with their experiences.
- You are technologically savvy, fluent in Google Apps (Google Docs, Sheets), web applications (CRM, Slack, Zendesk) and a speedy typist. Previous experience using Trello is preferred.
- You are a strong communicator and love being on the phone. Your written and verbal communication is precise and personable.
- You are task-oriented and enjoy crossing things off of your to-do list. You are extremely organized, thrive in detail-oriented work, and are able to prioritize a high volume of tasks efficiently.
- You are an empathetic team player and can effectively deliver and receive feedback.
- You are an excellent listener, and you are able to translate ideas into reality.
- You have experience and a passion for providing Customer Service that helps others feel comfortable and satisfied.
