American LandMaster is looking for a Customer Service Manager. Ideal candidate will have an automotive background preferably in car/truck dealership. Experience as mechanic and service tech writer preferred.

As our Customer Service Manager, this position is responsible for leading day to day interaction between dealers, customers and the Company. This position manages the customer service and support (CSS) team members. Responsible for hiring, training and managing daily activities. In addition, resolving product and service problems, dealer orders, and building dealer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MRP/ERP software, specifically Infor Visual preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing staff.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Excels at operating in a fast-paced, community environment.
  • Open to direction with an ability to look at situations from differing viewpoints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead customer support and service personal and AML.
  • Provide technical product training and support to CCS.
  • Developing department Key Performance Indicators KPI's. Call center metrics, warranty reporting, etc.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Support for shipments and invoicing through wed store, MSO creation, and warranty process
  • Prepares product or service report by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 year of Customer Service experience.
  • Mechanical knowledge of engines and vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
