This individual will be essential in supporting customers across the country who run NiteHawk sweepers. They will build technical knowledge in the application, operation, and maintenance of our equipment, helping customers solve problems and keep their businesses running smoothly. Alongside our Production and Purchasing teams, the Parts and Service Department ensures that all customers get support in a timely manner. This department is vital to helping our business improve and expand, and we are excited to add a hardworking new member to the team.

Essential Functions of the Job:

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service primarily by phone
• Provide technical support surrounding sweeper equipment needs
• Develop knowledge of former and current product offerings
• Promptly and accurately process customer orders
• Collaborate with other departments to respond to customer inquiries
• Process shipments of products to customers; pull and ship parts as needed
• Assist with development of new services, manuals, products, and procedures to improve customer support
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willing to do research and learn mechanical products and knowledge that may be unfamiliar
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Able to coordinate across departments to solve problems

Working Conditions:

Work performed in manufacturing facility, requiring frequent walking and lifting up to 40lbs individually. Required to wear PPE including but not limited to steel-toed boots, eye protection, and hearing protection.
