Job Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining customer contact, correspondence, accurate implementation and completion of all order entry functions
.
Responsibilities:

Maintains customer account profiles, database and Oracle procedures.

Implements order entry, changes orders, price documentation.
-
Communicates with customers and internal departments to maximize scheduling.

Monitors shipments for performance.
-
Responsible for forecast input to appropriate sales.
-
Responsible for complaint and return procedure.
-
Communicates customer requirements and feedback to the company.

Back up for department as needed.

Monitors daily input of all OEM customers.
Qualifications/ Experience:
-
2 yr. Associates degree or higher
-
Oracle experience
-
Experience in representing supplier to OEM
-
Interacting with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
