Job Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining customer contact, correspondence, accurate implementation and completion of all order entry functions .

Responsibilities:
  • Maintains customer account profiles, database and Oracle procedures.
  • Implements order entry, changes orders, price documentation.
  • Communicates with customers and internal departments to maximize scheduling.
  • Monitors shipments for performance.
  • Responsible for forecast input to appropriate sales.
  • Responsible for complaint and return procedure.
  • Communicates customer requirements and feedback to the company.
  • Back up for department as needed.
  • Monitors daily input of all OEM customers.

Qualifications/ Experience:
  • 2 yr. Associates degree or higher
  • Oracle experience
  • Experience in representing supplier to OEM
  • Interacting with Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers
