Job description

A growing Commercial HVAC Company with administrative offices located in the City of Chino is looking to expand their operations and is currently seeking a dynamic industry experienced Customer Service Representative for their Service Department.

Responsibilities:

-Daily communication and dispatching of Service Technicians

-Maintain and update dispatch boards daily

-Generate new work orders in the system and create electronic folders/files

-Daily job status tracking and data entry

-Entering and reviewing job information upon completion

-Generating and updating purchase orders

-Ordering, verifying and coordinating of parts required for jobs

-Review vendor invoicing

-Refrigerant tracking

-Customer onboarding, process and review contracts

-Weekly verification process of technician work orders and time sheets for accuracy

-Request pricing for material/parts/equipment from vendors

-Create service estimates and proposals to be sent to customers

-Scheduling and coordinating of jobs with customers and subcontractors

-Participate in Service Dept., Team, and Staff meetings as scheduled

- Maintain positive customer relations and responsiveness

-Other duties include but are not limited to: back up to Dept., filing, faxing, data entry, email management, scanning, photocopying, trips to the warehouse, etc.

Requirements:

-A minimum of 5 years of experience in Industry Dispatching/Service Estimating

-HVAC dispatch experience is mandatory

-Great written and oral communication skills

-The ability to work in a busy environment and adapt to change

-Sense of urgency

-Flexibility/dependability/past work stability

-Positive and friendly demeanor at all times

-Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

-Quick learner that accepts positive feedback

-Self-motivated, very organized, positive attitude and team player

-Computer skills: Advanced in MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Corrigo, Verisae, Type 60wpm

Any Service Dispatch Software a plus but Computer Ease/Construction software experience preferred

-High School Diploma

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Must perform and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
