SJ Fence Supply is hiring! We are looking for a bilingual (preferable) Customer Service Representative who shares our core values of customer service, speed, integrity, teamwork, growth mindset, ownership mentality, and consistency.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our products and services.
You will also be responsible for processing customer orders and providing support to our sales team, all while embodying our values and principles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fence or construction industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - A positive attitude and a desire to help customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- A belief in the importance of customer service, and that speed is king in business
- Impeccable integrity and a ability to work as part of a team
- A growth mindset, ownership mentality and consistency in delivering results

We will be opening a second location in the next few years and looking to hire customer service, production, department managers, as well as general managers.

PTO, insurance and 401k will be starting at the end of this year and beginning of 2024. Starting pay is $15 and based on experience and increases to $18+ after 30 day trial period to ensure we are a good fit for each other.
