Bearon Manufacturing is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Landisville, PA! Working as a full-time customer service representative in a sales support role, you must have a strong interest in sales/customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced challenging environment. In this service-based position, you will be presented with new and diverse challenges daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages communication with existing accounts regarding orders, shipments, and product changes.
  • Assures that all orders are entered and shipped in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoots challenges in ordering and/or deliveries
  • Manages internal communication regarding orders and shipping
  • Input of customer orders and applicable data entry
  • Meets and greets clients and visitors
  • Answers telephone and transfers to the appropriate staff member
  • Other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES:

  • A strong aptitude for sales/customer service
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Adept at problem solving and change
  • Computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Previous ERP experience preferred (Syteline CSI)
  • Ability to work independently with initiative and self-managed deadlines
  • Demonstrates commitment to follow-through with results orientation
  • Client focused on both external and internal customers
  • Team-minded with a positive attitude
