A DAY IN THE LIFE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / COUNTER SALES REP
In this dynamic role, you are the face of our company as you help customers with their business needs. You work closely with HVAC contractors over the phone and in person, and help receive, enter, and pull orders for either take home or delivery. On occasion, you may be asked to work a forklift, but we will provide you with all necessary training to do so safely!
You are a genuinely inquisitive person who enjoys learning the ins and outs of what you do! Each day, you seek to expand your knowledge of the HVAC industry knowing that the parts and supplies we sell ultimately help contractors to be successful in their businesses. You enjoy engaging with a wide variety of people and make a point to ensure exceptional service!
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Willing and able to move and lift product
- Competent computer and phone skills
Any HVAC industry experience would be helpful but is not required. Do you have excellent time management skills? Are you self-directed, self-motivated, and focused on achieving winning results? WORK SCHEDULE
As our Customer Service Rep / Counter Sales Rep, you can expect to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-5:00 pm.
